Hopefully you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, select the option that best suits your needs!
Return Eligibility Requirements
- IN STORE purchases of clothing items can be exchanged for STORE CREDIT within SEVEN days of purchase with tags still on.
- Bathing suits, shoes, accessories and candles are NOT eligible for store credit.

ONLINE PURCHASES must be returned within fourteen days for a full return
- Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
- Original tags must be attached & intact.
- If you feel you've received a defective/ damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.
Permanent Jewelry
- We always double check our work, however things can happen!
- Always save your chain if it breaks!!
- If your permanent jewelry breaks, we will fix it as no cost (if you bring your chain!!)
- We can NOT offer refunds or replacements
- If you want us to fix a chain that was not bought from us, there is a $20 fee

- Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it.
- Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return.
